In order to avoid unnecessary waste of time and mass production process, we really need patience to adjust and control various process conditions, find out the best temperature and pressure conditions, test the injection mold standard process, establish the methods available in daily work. The main steps of injection mold test are:
1, check whether the plastic material in the barrel is correct and bake as required.
2. Material pipes should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent bad glue or mixture from entering the mold, because bad glue and mixture will clog the mold. Check the temperature of material pipe and mold to see if it is suitable for raw materials.
3. Adjust the pressure and injection in order to produce a satisfactory appearance of the product, but can not run flash, especially the cavity and some finished products are not completely frozen, should consider a variety of control conditions, before the adjustment, because the filling rate of the mold changes a little, will lead to great changes.
4. It may take more than 30 minutes to wait patiently for the machine and die to be stable, even for medium-sized machines. Use this time to see what is wrong with the final product.
5. Screw advance time should not be less than the solidification time of the plastic on the gate, otherwise it will reduce the weight of the finished product and destroy the performance of the finished product. When the mold is heated, extend the screw's forward time and compress the finished product.
6, reasonable adjustment and reduction of the entire processing cycle.
7. The new stable state requires at least 30 minutes, and then the continuous production of at least 12 complete shapes of products, in the maximum number of dates, and separate locationss, according to the cavity, check the stability of the operation and reasonable control of export tolerances.
8. Measure and record the important dimensions of continuous samples (after cooling to room temperature).
